Please note: We have ONLY ONE transient site at Oak Bay. We can accommodate only one RV at any one time, maximum 35′ in length.
High Season Cottage Rentals: ***Weekly Only through July and August***, and are a Friday to Friday rental. All cottage rentals include: deck with dining set and BBQ with propane provided, its own outdoor firepit, one complimentary dock for your personal watercraft, and the use of our complimentary kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, pedal boats and canoes. Beds are dressed with pillows and pillow protectors, and mattress protectors. All other bed linens are not provided.
Dogs: All dogs must be approved prior to arrival. Cost is $100.00 per week, or $50.00 per weekend. Dogs are permitted at the grassed, beachfront area, but not permitted on the sand. Dogs may enter the water at the boat launch only. Dogs must be on leash at all times, and must not be left unattended in the cottage.
Damage Policy: Any damage done to Oak Bay property while in the guests care, will be charged to the guest.
Visitors: All daily visitors must register at the office upon arrival and pay a $10.00/person park fee.
Taxes: All cottage & boat rentals are subject to 13% HST.
Payment: We accept email money transfers, personal checks, bank drafts, money orders, and cash.
Cancellation Policy: A partial refund may be returned on low season rentals, less a $30 administration fee, if cancellation is made 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. All deposits on high season rentals (July & August) are non-refundable.
